Reporting to the General Manager – In-Flight & Retail Trading, the Retail Revenue Manager will be responsible for executing & delivering trading performance strategies for our key online and onboard retail products, whilst additionally reviewing how Jet2.com and Jet2holidays are placed within the holiday and leisure market.
In addition to our sales of flights and package holidays, Jet2.com and Jet2holidays sell a variety of ancillary products (think online meals, drinks, duty-free items and travel insurance) and services (think extra space in the hold for larger items or pre-reserved seats) and in a business as large as ours it's a key driver of revenue. As our Retail Revenue Manager you will manage a commercially oriented analysis and pricing team that drives this Revenue stream and which plays a vital part in our bottom-line performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creating, reviewing, and implementing pricing and promotional strategies to drive commercial efficiencies and profitable revenue growth
  • Forecasting sales and producing clear targets alongside relevant Finance functions and being accountable for the performance against those targets
  • Managing the delivery of existing trading reporting as well as driving forward the creation of new management information alongside the Retail Partnerships & MI Development Manager
  • Tracking operational performance metrics and proactively supporting operational teams in the effectively delivery of Retail & Inflight products
  • Supporting the Senior In-Flight & Retail Customer Experience Manager on delivering key customer experience reporting and actions
  • Identifying new revenue opportunities to drive commercial performance of existing and new products
  • Maintaining strong relationships with other teams across the business to drive forward key commercial activity
  • Support the delivery of Revenue Management projects and will be required to deputise for the General Manager - Inflight & Retail Trading as appropriate.
