As our Digital Insight Analyst, you’ll have access to a wide range of benefits including:

What you’ll be doing:
- Analyse user behaviour across digital channels (web, email, app) to identify drop-off points, conversion drivers, and engagement trends.
- Use SQL, Python, and analytics platforms (such as Google Analytics, GA4) to evaluate marketing campaigns, including attribution, ROI analysis, and A/B testing.
- Build dashboards and reports using tools like Looker Studio or Tableau, making insights accessible for senior stakeholders and wider marketing teams.
- Collaborate with CRM, UX, and digital teams to refine targeting strategies and improve customer journeys.
- Support proactive projects such as forecasting demand and modelling customer intent.
What you’ll have:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to spot trends and excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Experience with analytics and visualisation tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, GA4, Adobe Analytics).
- Microsoft Excel skills (essential).
- A background in Maths, Data Science, or Marketing Analytics.
