It's certainly fast-paced in this IT environment as we work to ensure Jet2holidays delivers a first class experience for Customers and colleagues alike. So it's about technological development, improving the customer experience online as well as improving in-house systems against cost targets. We apologise for the cliche, but really, no two days are the same!
You'll work to ensure we've enough bedstock to offer our package holiday Customers. So that means building great relationships with hoteliers and having the commercial savvy to negotiate great deals.
We're looking for business nous and a good grip of the latest holiday market trends.
The Data Control Team take care of the life cycle of every hotel, as well as any holiday extras, sold by Jet2holidays.
They make sure everything's ok and just as it should be for all of the holiday information loaded on our selling system.
This team also plays a vital role in making sure we always have the maximum available stock from our range of products. Accuracy is key in helping to ensure our holidays are readily available for potential Customers.
The Jet2holidays Operations Team is a service provider for all pre departure and in resort enquiries for our Jet2holidays Customers. You would be responsible for handling all Customer queries related to involuntary changes and arranging special assistance either at the airport or in resort.
You'll also need to ensure as a Team you offer the best support to our overseas colleagues, whether it be our Representatives, Local Agents or Airline staff.
This is a very varied Team and you need to be able to communicate effectively with all types of Customers. It's a brilliant challenge and no day is ever the same!
The Overseas Team is the 'face' of Jet2holidays in our package holiday resorts. You'll be there to meet and greet, solve problems, handle any issues and, above all you'll create great memories for our Customers.
It's hard work and you'll need the stamina to keep smiling, no matter what. Of course, you'll enjoy the experience of living and working abroad yourself, however this is a 24/7 role and you'll need to be able to deal with anything your role throws at you.
We plan and market the range of accommodation offered through our package holidays and aim to offer the most attractive range of hotels and apartments to suit any budget. It's all about sourcing new products and maximising sales by meeting Customers' needs.
This is where our analytical minds are at! We look closely at the demand for holidays and take a look at what our competitors are up to before focusing on how we can maximise profit margins and revenue on the sale of Jet2holidays. It's a busy, business-critical Team where people with a passion for travel thrive.
Mainly field based roles here, we are all about raising product and brand awareness of Jet2holidays, so you'll need to be able to build solid trade relationships whilst pro-actively developing new business opportunities. Your key account management skills will see you increasing bookings in line with set targets.
After receiving your online application and successfully passing your on-line verbal and numerical tests, we'll invite you to undertake a video interview. If successful at this stage, we'll invite you along to an assessment day.
On the day, we will be assessing your ability to work successfully as part of a Team and we will be keen to explore your previous work experience in a one-to-one interview. During your time with us, our Overseas Reps colleagues will be there to chat with you and answer any questions you may have. Don't worry - we try to keep things as relaxed as possible!
