Reporting to the Head of UK Airports, the Station Manager is responsible for the overall safe and efficient running of the Ground Operations Team at London Stansted Airport. Providing positive leadership, you will ensure both our colleagues and suppliers deliver on Jet2.com's standards for safety, great customer service, cost management and ancillary revenues.
You will also be accountable for Jet2.com’s ‘On Time Performance’ target, operational efficiency and delivery of a VIP Customer experience. You will lead the Ground Operations Management Team to drive a friendly, seamless customer journey for all of our customers. Along with this, you will build and maintain valuable external stakeholder and third party relationships whilst internally you will provide effective leadership and support across the Teams based at the airport.
To be successful, you will have a proven track record in leading and developing high performance Teams within an airport environment. As an experienced leader you will demonstrate the commercial acumen required to succeed in this environment, along with excellent administration skills enabling you to manage budgets and rostering effectively. You will also lead by example, inspiring your teams to deliver and live the Jet2.com values and Company ethos.
