After another exciting year of growth for Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, we are looking for a Duty Manager - Front of House to join our customer facing team at Manchester Airport on a fixed term basis for Summer 2017. Reporting to the Station Manager, the Duty Manager is responsible for the day to day management of all Jet2.com flights and operational performance.
Leading the operational teams at the airport, the Duty Manager plays a pivotal role in achieving our “On Time Performance” targets and the delivery of a VIP customer experience. You will manage teams of Supervisors, Passenger Service Agents and Customer Service Agents, driving forward our safety first and customer focused culture at every opportunity. The successful candidate will already be demonstrating Role Model behaviours. With a proven track record of managing others in a fast paced environment, you will have the ability to show flexibility and forward thinking in challenging operational situations. We are looking for an inspirational leader committed to the development of others and who shares our passion for delivering the in customer service and safety. Previous management or supervisory experience in an a airport environment is essential for this role.
